February 8th. Full Moon Sound Bath with breath work and guided meditation

John Gabaldon, urban shaman will perform a full moon “sound bath”, bringing sounds of a crystal harp, crystal bowl, Tibetan bowls, mouth harp, crystal harp, drums and many other instruments, creating a sound healing session and guided meditation for participants after some shamanic breath work and stretching. $22 in advance or $28 at the door (venmo johngabaldon or paypal to johnnygabaldon@gmail.com to reserve spot– thanks! 🙂
